Homecare Express provides delivery services by fully trained technicians of Durable Medical Equipment to patients on behalf of home healthcare companies. Delivery services include DME, such as beds, wheelchairs, lifts, respiratory equipment and many other healthcare products.

• Concentrator Preventive Maintenance Program
Homecare Express now offers a comprehensive concentrator program. Fully trained delivery technicians will clean, repair and maintain you concentrators in the field, saving precious time and money.

• Warehouse Staffing
General warehouse staffing is available to assist home healthcare companies with repair and cleaning of returned equipment.

• On-Call Program
We would like to determine the need for weekend and weeknight work for your company. Twenty-four hour service will soon be available.

• Scanning
Reducing audit failure, file storage and easy retrieval of active and discontinued files are the backbone of our document-imaging program. We can scan/index and store all files for your company.

• Rental Equipment Verification
In accordance with insurance and JAHCO guidelines, Homecare Express will contact a percentage of monthly rental patients to confirm active usage of equipment and any general concerns of the patient. Homecare Express will ensure that a percentage of patients are called and information regarding their rental equipment is accurate and 100% compliant with company guidelines.
